Set of 2 bottles to choose from our range of cavas and wines.
Our white cavas are crafted exclusively from the traditional native varieties of the Penedès: Macabeu, Xarel·lo and Parellada. The rosé is made from a special blend, while the white wine is a vintage 100% Xarel·lo sourced from a single vineyard.
- Black Label: over 36 months ageing in bottle
- White Label: over 24 months ageing in bottle
- Gold Label: over 24 months ageing in bottle
- Rosé: over 18 months ageing in bottle
- Copper Label: over 24 months ageing in bottle
- Baldus White Wine: unoaked, single vineyard

Winemaking
Cosecha seleccionada y prensado suave de la uva. Primera fermentación controlada a temperaturas inferiores a 16º para conservar todos sus aromas.
Serving suggestion
We recommend serving them chilled, between 6–8ºC.
Perfect for pairing with an entire meal, although we recommend the Crianza Brut for desserts.
Shipping
These two wines, although single varietals, explore opposite extremes in terms of flavors and demonstrate a diversity of expressions.
Red wine: Single varietal Merlot.
White wine: Single varietal Xarel.lo.
The white wine, soft and delicate, offers a refreshing and subtle experience. On the other hand, the red wine, robust and forceful, presents a bold and complex intensity.
