Tasting notes
It is a young, dry wine, full-bodied and powerful on the palate, retaining all the essence of its grape. With balanced acidity and intense aromas of ripe red fruits. Its hue is a dark and intense cherry red.

Pairing
It is a wine that pairs very well with red meats, aged cheeses, and cured sausages.

Winemaking
Made from a selected harvest. Maceration in contact with the skin for about 15 days and fermentation in a controlled temperature tank. The wine is in contact with its own lees, oxygenating them with batonnage until racking. Finally, it rests for six months in the vat and a minimum of 18 months in the bottle.

All the production, from the planting of the vine to the final labelling, takes place at Finca Baldús itself.
