Contrast Cava Lot


We have prepared this batch, thinking about the ideal option for a complete meal, from start to finish. Starting with the white label Crianza Brut Nature, which is a very dry Cava and ideal to accompany any meal. And for dessert, you have the copper label Crianza Brut, which has a minimum of characteristic expedition liquor that makes it ideal for after-dinner meals.


It is fascinating how two types of cava can offer such contrasting experiences and give us options that satisfy different tastes and moments in a meal.


70% Macabeo, 20 Xarel.lo and 10% Parellada.

The Cava Reserva Brut Nature is dry and ideal to pair with an entire meal, and the Cava Reserva Brut, sweeter, provides an indulgent touch and ideal to harmonize with desserts.


Selected harvest and gentle pressing of the grapes. First controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all its aromas.

Second fermentation in the bottle with aging for more than 24 months. The copper label Crianza Brut has a minimum of expedition liquor to obtain a smooth and balanced Cava.

All the production, from the planting of the vine to the final labelling, takes place at Finca Baldús itself.

Serving suggestion

We recommend serving them cold, between 6-8ºC.

Perfect to pair with a whole meal, although we recommend the Crianza Brut for desserts.
