The Brut Nature lot is composed of two cavas that fuse the Macabeo varieties, Xarel.lo and Parellada, they are especially recommended for Cava enthusiasts. They are dry Cavas with a moderate acidity. The white label aging, with a minimum rest of 24 months and the long aging with a minimum of 36 months. They are dry cavas with moderate acidity. Characteristics

Both cavas are extremely dry and highly valued by great cava lovers and diabetics.

The grape varieties are indigenous to the vineyards of our estate, but with different proportions.

D.O.Cava

Reserva Brut Nature White Label: 70% Macabeo, 20 Xarel.lo and 10% Parellada.

Gran Reserva Brut Nature Black Label: 30% Macabeo, 60% Xarel.lo and 10% Parellada.

The Cava Reserva is perfect to accompany any type of food, while the Gran Reserva is recommended for more substantial dishes.

Winemaking

Selected harvest and gentle pressing of the grapes. First controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all its aromas.

Second fermentation in the bottle with an aging of more than 24 months for the white label and 36 months for the black label.

All the production, from the planting of the vine to the final labelling, takes place at Finca Baldús itself.

Serving suggestion

We recommend serving them cold, between 6-8ºC.

Perfect for all types of food, although we recommend that the Gran Reserva be accompanied by more substantial dishes.
