Tasting notes
It shows a bright golden straw color with a small and continuous bubble that caresses the palate and forms a fine crown que marca la boca.

It contains a minimum of characteristic liqueur which makes it balanced and smooth in the mouth. Fresh aromas reminiscent of honey and white apple and cherry blossom. There are also subtle notes of roasted nuts.

Pairing
It is a very suitable Cava for appetizers and desserts, and we also highly recommend it for those who are new to the world of Cava.

Winemaking
Produced from a carefully selected harvest and gently pressed. First controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all its aromas. Second fermentation in the bottle and aged for more than 24 months.
