Tasting notes
It shows a bright golden straw color with a small and continuous bubble that caresses the palate and forms a fine crown. It is a lively Cava, with moderate acidity and a subtle hint of bitterness that projects a well-defined personality. Its dry finish provides a refreshing and stimulating sensation on the palate.

Aromas with wild and herbaceous hints with notes of dried fennel, very present in the margins surrounding our estate.

It is a highly versatile Cava that is ideal to drink with any meal, be it appetizers, starters, meat, fish or rice dishes.

Produced from a carefully selected harvest and gently pressed. First controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all its aromas. Second fermentation in the bottle and aged for more than 24 months.

Selected harvest and gentle pressing of the grapes. First controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all its aromas.

Second fermentation in the bottle with aging for more than 24 months.

All the production, from the planting of the vine to the final labelling, takes place at Finca Baldús itself.

Serving suggestion

We recommend enjoying this cava at a temperature between 6 to 8º Celsius.

This is a very dry Cava, it can be enjoyed with any kind of meal, including aperitifs, sandwiches, meat or fish.
