Winemaking

Selected harvest and gentle pressing of the grapes.Controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16ºC to preserve all the aromas. Secondary fermentation in the bottle, with an ageing process of more than 20 months.

The whole production process, from the planting of the vines to the final labelling, is carried out on the Baldús state.
