Characteristics
Brut Nature Cava, smooth and dry. This is our “wildcard” Cava. It is ideal for parties, where there are different types of diners, whether they are big Cava lovers or not.
D.O.Cava.
30% Macabeu, 60% Xarel.lo and 10% Parellada, native varieties from the vines of our Baldús Estate.
We mainly use Xarel·lo vines, taking advantage of the exclusive location of Finca Baldús, since it is located in the cradle of this variety.

Tasting notes
It shows a bright golden straw color with a small and continuous bubble that caresses the palate and forms a fine crown.
It is a versatile Cava, with a moderate acidity that generates a pleasant sensation in the mouth. There are refreshing aromas with hints of acidic pomegranate.
Pairing
It is a Cava of great versatility, easy to drink, which makes it ideal to drink with any food, whether it be appetizers, starters, meat, fish or rice.
Winemaking
Produced from a carefully selected harvest and gently pressed. First controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all its aromas. Second fermentation in the bottle and aged for more than 24 months.

Winemaking
Selected harvest and gentle pressing of the grapes. First controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all its aromas.
Second fermentation in the bottle with aging for more than 24 months.
All the production, from the planting of the vine to the final labelling, takes place at Finca Baldús itself.
Serving suggestion
We recommend enjoying this cava at a temperature between 6 to 8º Celsius.
