Ideal for celebrations with a variety of guests, whether they are cava lovers or not.
D.O.Cava
60% Xarel.lo, 30% Macabeu and 10% Parellada , native varieties from the vines of our Baldús Estate.
We mainly use xarel.lo vines, making the most of the exclusive situation of the Baldús estate, as it is located in the heartland of this variety.

Winemaking
Selected harvest and gentle pressing of the grapes.Controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16ºC to preserve all the aromas.
Secondary fermentation in the bottle, with an ageing process of more than 20 months.
The whole production process, from the planting of the vines to the final labelling, is carried out on the Baldús state.
Serving suggestion
We recommend enjoying this cava at a temperature between 6 to 8ºC
This is a dry cava, perfect to accompany the whole meal, aperitifs, meat or fish or even desserts. It generally appeals to all palates.
