Tasting notes
It shows a bright golden straw color with a small and continuous bubble, very well integrated and with a fine crown.
It is a noble, evolved and harmonious Cava. Its body and pleasant acidity on the palate is the distinguishing feature that makes it unique and memorable. We find notes of wine presses and hints of dried fruits and brioche.
Pairing
It is the ideal Cava for the most demanding palates and will make you enjoy even more the most hearty dishes. Fish and seafood, spicy dishes, meats with sauces, pasta dishes (especially creamy ones) as well as appetizers and starters.
Winemaking
Produced from a carefully selected harvest and gently pressed. First fermentation controlled at temperatures below 16ºC to preserve all its aromas. Second fermentation in the bottle with ageing exceeding 36 months. It rested for a long time on its lees, resulting in an unctuous and well-balanced wine.

Winemaking
Selected harvest and gentle pressing of the grapes. First controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all its aromas.
Second fermentation in the bottle with ageing exceeding 36 months.
All the production, from the planting of the vine to the final labelling, takes place at Finca Baldús itself.
Serving suggestion
We recommend enjoying this cava at a temperature between 6 to 8º Celsius.
