D.O.Cava
60% Xarel.lo, 30% Macabeu and 10% Parellada , native varieties from the vines of our Baldús Estate, we chose the vines with low fruit production, providing a balanced and high quality free-run juice.

Winemaking
Selected harvest and gentle pressing of the grapes.Controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16ºC to preserve all the aromas. Secondary fermentation in the bottle, with an ageing process of more than 30 months.
This cava is entirely created on the estate, from the planting of the vines to the final labelling.
Serving suggestion
We recommend enjoying this cava at a temperature between 6 to 8ºC.
This Cava is ideal to accompany a whole meal and for those who are highly demanding.
