Tasting notes
A subtle salmon pink colour with a small, continuous bubble that rises steadily to form a fine crown that marks the mouth.

A rosé cava that shows itself as it is: genuine and without artifice, expressing all its flavour and the aromas of the grape. n the mouth it is very balanced and pleasant, with an energy that awakens the palate and a refreshing acidity that invites you to continue drinking it. Fresh aromas with pleasant hints of red fruit and hints of jam.

Pairing
It is an ideal Cava for aperitifs and desserts, but it also goes very well with rice dishes, fish, seafood, white meats and soft, creamy cheeses.

Winemaking
Produced from a carefully selected harvest, with gentle pressing and maceration with contact with the grape skins for a few hours. First controlled fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all its aromas. Second fermentation in the bottle and aged for more than 18 months.
