Selected harvest, maceration in contact with the skins for about 3 hours..
Controlled initial fermentation at temperatures below 16º to preserve all the aromas.
Secondary fermentation in the bottle with a minimum ageing period of 20 months.
We recommend enjoying this cava at a temperature between 6 to 8ºC.
Cava ideal for aperitifs and desserts.
